Please note that as our bylaws state (14.1.1.d) that a notice of general meeting or AGM must be sent out to all members no fewer than 14 days before the meeting, membership sign-up cut-off to attend our AGMs. The first AGM has been postponed until 2021 in response to COVID as we are prioritizing an in-person event.
